How to Sign Up On KOINEX ?

Sign up Koinex

1. Open Koinex.
2. Fill up the sign up form on the homepage.
3. Enter your First name, Last Name, Email and Strong password.
4. Enter your phone number and then click on send OTP.
5. Enter the OTP that that you received on your phone and then click submit.

Logging in:

1. Now Login/Sign in to Koinex. using the Mobile number/Email and the password you created in the above steps.
2. Then Enter the OTP received on your Mobile Number.

KYC verification:

1. Now go to your Profile section and submit all your KYC DETAILS, your name address PAN number and Aadhar Card Number.
2. Upload KYC document which includes Aadhar card, pan card and your passport size photograph.
3. Now enter your bank details like Account Number, IFSC and other details.
4. Now click on Submit. It takes around 24 hours or less for accounts KYC to to be verified.

Once your account is verified. Login to your koinex account.

Adding money into INR wallet in KOINEX | Updated 2018:

1. Go to Balance tab -> INR Wallet.
2. Transfer the money using UPI method, as its free. Adding money through payment gateway has a flat 2% fee so its better to avoid that.
3. Once you transfer the Money by UPI using PhonePe, Paytm, TEZ or BHIM. Watch the video link on the page if you haven’t used UPI.
4. Click on Submit New Deposit Request.
5. Enter the amount you transferred, transaction date and transaction number or reference number.
6. Click submit. It will take less than 1 Banking day to reflect in your INR wallet.
7. If you want the money to be transferred immediately then go for payment gateway. (Transaction fee flat 2%).

Buying/Selling Cryptos:

1. Go to homepage of Koinex.
2. Choose the Crypto which you want to buy, by selecting from the menu at the top.
3. In the Trade section of the Home page under Buy tab.

1. Enter the volume and the price at which you want to buy
2. Click Buy. It will place an order in the open trades. Once the order matches the price that you entered the order will be executed.
3. That’s it. You can check your trade history and respective crypto wallet balance the balance section at the top of the page.
